Canon Picture Styles are preset yet adjustable parameters that determine how your EOS DSLR will process and render its images. Picture Styles are applied to JPEG (still) and MOV (video) files during exposure
- Connect camera to computer using a USB cable, switch on the camera to start Canon EOS Utility
- Select the Camera Settings option. Select Register Picture Style File from the menu
- Select one of the three User defined styles to store your Picture Style
- Select the installed custom Picture Style on the camera
- You might need to do step 2 if required
Custom picture style (.PF3) is compatible with almost Canon EOS, include EOS R series, EOS M series, DSLR series, and some Canon Powershot (PowerShot G5 X Mark II, G7 X Mark III, G7 X Mark II, G9 X Mark II, G1 X Mark III). We’ve tested down to 50D, all newer models can install Custom Picture Styles (.pf3)
